MMAC Announces New Service Hours

Dear Mike McGrath Auto Center Customer,

Please be informed that beginning January 2nd, 2006 we will no longer offer Saturday service or parts hours. We are changing our service technician's hours to better serve your needs. Extending the tech hours allows us to be staffed to perform auto repairs and maintenance on your vehicles from 7 am until 5:30pm Monday - Friday.

In the past our service technicians weekday hours were from 7:30am to 4:30pm Mon-Fri although the service department has always been open from 7am to 5:30pm. This was confusing to customers when they came in 1st thing in the am or around 4:30pm (knowing that we were open from 7am - 5:30pm) asking for repairs or maintenance on their vehicles only to be informed that we couldn't perform them because our techs work day didn't start until 7:30am or ended at 4:30pm. By staggering our service technicians work hours we can now accommodate those customer service requests early in the morning or late in the day.

We recognize that by eliminating our Saturday service hours we may cause some temporary inconvenience for you, our customer, and we apologize for this. But we also hope that by increasing our ability to service your vehicle during the weekday we can minimize that effect, especially in those situations where you want to wait for an oil change, routine maintenance or a minor repair.

In addition, our Collision Center's Saturday hours for an estimate or to pick-up a completed vehicle from the body shop will be from 9am - noon.
